Lea and Nicolas

Combining their training in applied arts, arts and crafts and architecture Léa Behr, Nicolas Hoang, give shape to objects and sculptures in stoneware, placing their work at the intersection of these disciplines.

Their practice explores both the sculptural and functional aspect of everyday objects with an aesthetics coming from a desire to make objects as elegant as tactile.

Behind the making of every object is a search for harmony between functional and sculptural properties as well as the principle of doing more with less.
