We only refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged. For further information, please email us at inquiries@galerieartempo.com any defective or damaged item should be reported within 14 days upon delivery.

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

1. Shipment processing timeframe: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

 

2. For All custom artworks / furnishings an shipping quote will be emailed before the purchase. Custom furnishings lead times may vary depending on style, complexity and materials. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, customers will be made aware of any delays in good time.

 

3. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays without the expressed written agreement from Artempo LLC, additional charges may be applied to outside of working hours deliveries.

 

4. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone in good time.
